It’s happening this Wednesday and Thursday….. you can continue for more time if you like.
This is how it goes:
You will follow the exact menu I provide you with for two days.
Tuesday night you will write down how you are feeling, if you have any bloating, inflammation, how you are sleeping, your energy, your mood. Write it ALL down.
Next, follow my menu to a T for 2 days.
Friday morning you will grab your notebook, or computer or phone (wherever you wrote down your personal data), and you will write down how your Friday morning feels.
Share, or don’t share. It’s up to you. I have a feeling that you are going to see some changes in a very short amount of time.
