Hey Bariatric Bosses! Have I got a treat for you. I’ve created a beautiful “Summer Sweet Treat”. It’s low in sugars, high in protein, and super simple to make with only 4 ingredients. Impress your friends with my frozen goodness!
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and mix the yogurt and stevia together. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the lined baking sheet.
Using a spoon, add dollops of peanut butter to the yogurt mixture. Using a toothpick, gently swirl the peanut butter into the yogurt mixture. Top with blueberries.
Freeze for at least four hours or overnight. Slice or break apart into pieces. Enjoy!

In a small mixing bowl whisk the peanut butter, milk, and egg together until a smooth batter forms. Stir in the baking powder.
Heat a pan over medium heat. When the pan is hot add the oil. Spoon the batter into the pan to form one pancake. Cook pancake for about three to five minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.
Add sugar-free syrup (or not) and enjoy!

In a mug combine the melted coconut oil and coconut milk then stir in the monk fruit sweetener. Add the almond flour, coconut flour, coconut, and baking powder and stir until a thick batter forms.
Microwave for 90 seconds until the cake is spongy and cooked through. Allow the cake to cool slightly and enjoy!

Add the olive oil, orange juice, lime juice, cilantro, mint, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper to a food processor and blend until well combined.
Place the pork into the slow cooker and cover in the marinade. Cook on low for six to eight hours, or on high for four hours, or until the pork is tender and falls apart easily.
Use two forks to pull apart the pork. Stuff the lettuce wraps with the pulled pork and garnish with green onions. Enjoy!
