- 1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
- 1/4 Cup Canned Pumpkin
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 2 Tbs Roasted
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 Small Pinch Cinnamon
- 1 Small Pinch Nutmeg
- 1 Tbs Splenda, Sugar, or Natural Sweetener to Taste
