Dark Chocolate Almond Mousse - Bariatric Recipe
- 1/3 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 2/3 tbsps Chia Seeds
- 1 2/3 tbsps cocoa powder
- 2 1/3 tbsps Almond Butter
- 1 3/4 tbsps Monk Fruit Sweetener
- 1/4 tbsps vanilla extract
- 1/8 tbsps Sea Salt
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend for 2 to 3 minutes until thickened, smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate until chilled, about 3 hours. Enjoy!
