Sheri's Ham & Cheese Egg Cups
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz Sliced Ham (one slice per eggcup)
- 1/2 oz Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
- 1 Egg (large)
- Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)
- 1 tsp Chives (chopped)
- 1/2 Tomato (sliced)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C). Grease or line a muffin tray or use a silicone muffin tray.
- Line each cup with a slice of ham and top with cheese. Crack one egg into each ham cup and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the oven until the eggs are cooked through, about 12 to 15 minutes
- Top with chives and serve with the sliced tomato. Enjoy!
