Salmon Patties

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can pink salmon wild alaskan
  • 1 cup raw onion or to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 piece butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Mix all ingredients together and form into 4 patties
  2. Fry patties as you would a hamburguer
  3. i fry mine in a little butter for flavor, but use whatever method you prefer
