Crock Pot Turkey Soup

This hearty large soup is low in calories but thick in texture. This recipe makes about 14 cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 piece large onion chopped
  • 10 ounce can of mushrooms drained
  • 1 piece large zucchini cut into small pieces
  • 1 pound lean Ground Turkey can also substitute with chicken
  • 3 can diced tomatoes 14 oz
  • 2 stalks celery chopped
  • 10 oz ofrozen mixed veggies 10 oz bag
  • 2 cups Water
  • 3 tbsp chiken base
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Notes

Makes aprox 14 cup servings. Freezes well. Susbstitute vegetables as you like.
