Crock Pot Turkey Soup
This hearty large soup is low in calories but thick in texture. This recipe makes about 14 cups

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 piece large onion chopped
- 10 ounce can of mushrooms drained
- 1 piece large zucchini cut into small pieces
- 1 pound lean Ground Turkey can also substitute with chicken
- 3 can diced tomatoes 14 oz
- 2 stalks celery chopped
- 10 oz ofrozen mixed veggies 10 oz bag
- 2 cups Water
- 3 tbsp chiken base
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Makes aprox 14 cup servings. Freezes well. Susbstitute vegetables as you like.
