Cobb Salad Sheri-Style – Bariatric Recipes
- 1 egg
- 1 Slice bacon
- 1 1/2 tsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 4 Leaves Romaine (chopped)
- 2 ozs Chicken Breast, Cooked (chopped)
- 1/4 Cucumber (sliced)
- 1 stalk Green Onion (chopped, greens parts only)
Leftovers: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to three days.
More Flavors: Add stevia, monk fruit, dried herbs, fresh garlic, salt, and/or pepper to the dressing.
Additional Toppings: Cheese, olives, tomatoes, and/or avocado.
No Romaine: Use baby spinach or another salad green instead.
