Sheri's Vanilla Coconut Cups
- 1/3 cup Organic Coconut Milk (full fat, from the can, divided)
- 1/8 oz Gelatin
- 1/4 tsp Honey
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/16 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 cup Blueberries (for topping)
- 1/4 cup Rasberries (for topping)
Leftovers: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to five days.
No Honey: Use maple syrup or another sweetener of your choice.
No Berries: Use another type of fruit instead.
