Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C). Grease or line a muffin tray or use a silicone muffin tray.
Line each cup with a slice of ham and top with cheese. Crack one egg into each ham cup and season with salt and pepper.
Bake in the oven until the eggs are cooked through, about 12 to 15 minutes
Top with chives and serve with the sliced tomato. Enjoy!
